Then shall the seers be ashamed, and the diviners confounded; yea, they shall all cover their lips; for there is no answer from God.”
And the seers shall be put to shame, and the diviners confounded; yea, they shall all cover their lips; for there is no answer of God.
The seers shall be ashamed And the diviners discredited and embarrassed; Indeed, they shall all cover their mouths [in shame] Because there is no answer from God.
And the seers shall be put to shame and the diviners shall blush and be confounded; yes, they shall all cover their lips, for there is no answer from God.

Those seeing visions will be ashamed, and the diviners disgraced; they will all cover their upper lips, for there will be no answer from God.
The seers will be put to shame, the diviners will be disgraced. They will have to cover their mouths, because there will be no answer from God.
You prophets and fortunetellers will all be disgraced, with no message from me.”
And the seers shall be ashamed, and the diviners confounded; and they shall all cover their lips, for there will be no answer of God.
And they shall be confounded that see visions, and the diviners shall be confounded: and they shall all cover their faces, because there is no answer of God.
The seers are ashamed. The fortunetellers are embarrassed. None of them will say anything, because God will not speak to them.”
Then you prophets will be ashamed. You who tell what will happen in future times will be confused. You will hide your faces in shame because you have no message from me.’

Then shall the Seers be ashamed, and the Soothsayers confounded: yea, they shall all cover their lips, for they have none answer of God.
Seers will be put to shame. Those who practice witchcraft will be disgraced. All of them will cover their faces, because God won’t answer them.
Those who predict the future will be disgraced by their failure. They will all be humiliated because God does not answer them.
Then the seers will be ashamed and the diviners disappointed. They will all cover their mouths because there will be no answer from God.
The seers will be ashamed. The people who see the future will be embarrassed. Yes, all of them will cover their mouths. This is because there will be no answer from God.”
Those who see visions will be put to shame, and the diviners will be disgraced—every one of them— they will cover their faces, because there will be no answer from God.’”

Here is God’s Message to the prophets, the preachers who lie to my people: “For as long as they’re well paid and well fed, the prophets preach, ‘Isn’t life wonderful! Peace to all!’ But if you don’t pay up and jump on their bandwagon, their ‘God bless you’ turns into ‘God damn you.’ Therefore, you’re going blind. You’ll see nothing. You’ll live in deep shadows and know nothing. The sun has set on the prophets. They’ve had their day; from now on it’s night. Visionaries will be confused, experts will be all mixed up. They’ll hide behind their reputations and make lame excuses to cover up their God-ignorance.” * * *
The seers will be shamed and the diviners disgraced, and they will all cover their beards, for there is no answer from God.

The prophets will be ashamed; the omen readers will be humiliated. All of them will cover their mouths, for they will receive no divine oracles.”
Those who see visions will be put to shame. Those who try to figure out what is going to happen will be dishonored. All of them will cover their faces. I will not answer them.”
The seers will be ashamed and the diviners disgraced. They will all cover their faces because there is no answer from God.”

Those who tell what is going to happen in the future will be ashamed. Those who learn about the future using their secret ways will be ashamed. They will all cover their mouths because there is no answer from God.
Then you seers will be put to shame, and you fortune-tellers will be disgraced. And you will cover your faces because there is no answer from God.”

And they shall be confounded that see visions, and diviners shall be confounded, and all shall cover their cheers, for it is not the answer of God. (And they who see visions shall be shamed, and diviners shall be shamed, and all of them shall cover their faces, for it is not the answer of God.)
And ashamed have been the seers, And confounded have been the diviners, And covered their lip have all of them, For their is no answer, O God.
